Please Note: Due to our need to direct all incoming calls to our main toll-free number, we cannot return calls to numbers who do not accept calls from phone lines whose caller ID is blocked. If your phone does not accept blocked calls, you will have to keep calling until you reach us directly if you don't reach us with your first call, since we won't be able to return your call. Email is a good workaround.

Email Instructions: We get over 1000 emails a day, every day of the week. Most of this is spam. Please help us to identify your email (and avoid accidental deletion) by putting something in the Subject line that clearly identifies your email as something other than spam. For instance, you can say "Question about your torso" or "Quote for shipping Pandora" or something. DO NOT put anything generic like "My order" or "Status" or "kyleb...", nonsense characters, a blank subject line, or "Cyborgasmatrix..." as these subject lines are frequently used by spammers.

Our email policy and your privacy: We take our customers' privacy very seriously. Please help us to assure your privacy by letting us know if you would prefer to be contacted at a different email address (or not at all). In no case will your name or email address or any information about you leave the company or be shared with any third party.

Our phone policy and your privacy: Calls to our toll-free number will NOT appear on your phone bill. We also protect your privacy by phone. That's why we have no outgoing message on our voicemail (in case your wife or girlfriend is doing your laundry and finds our phone number in your pockets, for instance). We never identify the company when answering the phone. If someone doesn't know why they are calling us, we don't give them any information. If you leave us a message and ask us to return your call, we will speak only to you. If someone else answers, we identify ourselves only by first name and say that we will call back later. We feel it is entirely up to you whether or not, or to what extent, you share your interest in our product with your partner.
