CFO
position
We are seeking capital for expansion and need a savvy candidate to fill
a CFO position vacated by a stockholder. This candidate must be principled,
experienced with all sectors of the financial community that can satisfy
our expansion capital needs, and able to successfully attract the funding
we need to achieve our goals. He or she will negotiate terms, prepare
the offering or loan package and any associated financial statements.
Responsibilities include assuring that the company is in compliance with
corporate legal requirements and that quarterly and annual filings are
made in a timely manner. Although CPA and MBA credentials are valuable,
they are not required. Bookkeeping is not included in this job description
as we will use professional service firms for annual accounting audits
and legal review. Experience as a deal-maker with a track record of success
with investors, VCs, and financial institutions is a must. Beyond that,
the scope of ongoing responsibilities is negotiable. Due to the proprietary
nature of our manufacturing process and our commitment to maintaining
our intellectual property rights for projects in development, all positions
within the corporation are filled under conditions of non-disclosure.
Background check required. Compensation DOE and negotiable in the form
of stock options (or deferred salary) until the next round of funding
enables us to make this a salaried, lump sum, or hourly position. Ideally
this position will be filled by someone with some savings (or with a working
spouse) to sustain him or her through the initial phase. Upside profit
potential is enormous based on margins for our latest product, our potential
foreign domestic and markets, and a possible 20-year monopoly based on
a unique, patent-pending material. The best fit will be with someone who
has the experience and discernment to recognize and appreciate (after
scrutinizing the company) the value of an opportunity to buy in as an
option or work in a sweat equity position.
Marketing/Sales
position
This is a work-from-home position for a proven self-starter. Responsibilities
include developing distributor relationships initially with internet distributors
(both domestic and foreign), and retail stores and chains. There are 2
scenarios for compensation: one is based on a percentage of all future
business from new accounts, and the other is commission-based (as a manufacturer's
rep) for any direct sales. We have never advertised, so the market is
wide open and rich with opportunity for a competent individual. The ideal
candidate will be principled and have the skills necessary to effectively
communicate the unique features of our products without pressure or hype.
He or she will also be one who can grow with us to fill the role of Marketing
Director, at which time there may be occasional travel for trade shows
and events several times each year. Adult industry experience is a big
plus, but not a requirement.
Production

This is a hands-on position that requires integrity, reliability, confidentiality,
an eye for detail, and demonstrated quality consciousness. Work is repetitive,
but it requires an artisan's fine touch. We will train the right individual
if the necessary skill set is lacking and offer a career path within the
company. We are not looking for a tumbleweed, but someone who will be
with us in the years ahead. The ideal candidate will be one we can groom
to fill the roll first of lead man, then shop supervisor, then Production
Manager as the company grows. Health plan, profit sharing, and other compensation
DOE. Background check and Non-Disclosure Agreement required.
Distributors
We have not cultivated relationships with independent distributors up
to this point in our history, but the time is right to expand production
and increase our market share by cooperating with distributors. No investment
