Once the makup is applied, we adjusted the lighting a bit.

 

Adriana here... I just wanted to give you a woman's point of view!

 

She really feels wonderful to snuggle with!

 

Here we tried the secretary look...

 

With her head propped up by a small pillow, the wig fits
much better... and she begins to look even more lifelike.

Venus has no shortage of breasts... she is about the
largest breast size of any doll I have ever encoutered.

 

Venus is made from some incredible material, it will stretch like nothing I have ever seen before. This is one of her legs pulled out over three times it's length... and it snapped back into shape.

 

Here we have streched her arm over six times it's original length. The white stuff is baby powder... because the material is so soft it has a very tacky feeling to it. If you rub your hand across it, it feels like a cat's tounge when they lick you... rather odd. The powder will help to overcome this tacky sensation quite a bit.

 

Another example of just how stretchy this material is.

 

Venus has no butt. She is like... 1/2 of 3D.
This does shave off something like 50 pounds howe

 

Unfortunately... there is also no back to the head.
Putting a wig on is rather interesting to do since they
were designed for someone with a rounded head.

 

Here is venus before we started to work on her looks.
Notice that the paint from her lips and nipples has come off.
We used the alchohol to clean her... and it also removed the paint.

 

Her vagina is very detailed and accurate. Inside is rather smooth but snug. I think a slightly rougher surface inside would have been a bit better, however... very nice. There are no tears on the sides of the vagina... this demo had some small bubbles trapped in the mold. You can only notice it on these very close up images.

 

Her breasts are lifecast... and highly detailed.
As you can see... the pigmentation has now come off.

It consists of a wireless headphones and an audio tape.
(Production models now ship with a custom CD.)

 

We have placed her wig on, and became creative pinning the
extra hair behind her head. We may make a small pillow for this.

 

Adriana wanted to try appling regular makeup to Venus.

 

The makeup went on quite well... but it did take some practice.

 

The makeup is almost completed.

 

Some eye liner is now applied as well as eyelash makeup.

As you can see... she is starting to look more lifelike.

 

This was the crate that Venus came in.

 

The first task was to get the crate inside, and open it. The crate weighs about 75 pounds, so you will need either a dolly or an assistant to move it inside. The crate was nailed shut with about 25 nails. I would have preferred drywall screws because I could have used my electric screwdriver... but it isn't too bad.

 

The first thing you encounter is a sea of styrofoam squiggles. Be prepared for this and don't have a fan running like we did. I think perhaps they could have put the squiggles into a plastic trash bag... that way you could remove them with ease. We opted to use my shop vacuum to suck them all out.

 

Venus was shipped with several items included,
I will cover them in just a bit.

 

After getting past the sea of squiggles, here is Venus wrapped in a velveteen blanket. You will need to use some care here... she is stapled down to prevent movement. They do provide a handy staple remover... that I found after I got her out. (Oops.)

 

Our demo was shipped with everything you could possibly order so that we could evaluate it all. There is a baggie with the following items:
Alcohol for cleaning
Baby Powder
A cleaning brush
Rubber squirter for cleaning
Lubricant sample
Perfume sample
She also shipped with three samples of pubic hair, a wig, stereo cordless headphones, and a sample audio tape. This has been replaced with a CD in the production runs.

 

Venus shipped with eyes in place, these are actually an optional item. I can't imagine having a doll without them... really funky looking. Unfortunately, these are very special prosthetic type eyes, so a cheaper alternative is not readily available. You can use the half dome type eyes, but they may not fit exactly right

 

As you can see, without the eyes... it's hard to fantasize much.
