About this photo: Although Prof.
Sakai was working with a blemished torso (and one that was further damaged
in shipping to Japan in an experimental shipping crate), his artistic
eye and skill with make-up shine through. The production process that
caused the blemishes has been corrected (fortunately, because it made
one out of every 3 of our early torsos unfit to ship). We retouched the
blemishes in the image above to more accurately reflect the quality of
